This week, the CEO team visited Mt. Carmel Stabilization Group with Doug McPherson and Ryan Day. The tour started with some background on the company and a demonstration of their logistics system, which helps them keep track of the numerous moving parts they have employed at any given time. That might take the form of manpower, material and equipment, which are constantly moving from location to location, all across the country. Stabilization completes some 500 projects per year, with 30 crews in operation, across a number of states. They are, quite simply put, the biggest and best at what they do anywhere in North America. That said, these guys are the most down-to-earth people you'd ever want to meet, and they never loose sight of what has gotten them where they are today. They know that, even if they have dozens of crews in the field working on different projects, for each customer, that one project is the most important thing in the world. And that is how they approach every job they do. A big thanks to the folks at Mt. Carmel Stabilization for their continued support of the CEO program. Thank you!
