Welcome Back! Mount Carmel CEO kicked off its twelfth year this week, and hit the ground running! Before taking their DISC personality profiles, our team was joined by one of our program's founders and a long time supporter of CEO, Wayne Henegar. Wayne talked briefly about his background and shared a little of his personal journey, as well as the origin story of the Mount Carmel CEO program.
