Mount Carmel CEO visited Dee Drilling Co. with J. Roy Dee III to cap off our week. J. talked about the history of the company, and he also shared some great bits of wisdom he's picked up over the years, such as "teamwork is like a rhythm, it's not always about going faster, it's about making it go smoothly," and "if you want to partner with someone, you've got to go play at what they play at."
