This week, Mount Carmel CEO, along with the Clay County CEO, Wayne County CEO and Crawford County CEO programs, attended the Small Business Development Center's Business Plan Workshop in Noble, IL, with SBDC Director, Michelle Brooks. Michelle gave a high level overview on business plans and shared some tips on how to go about preparing one, then divided the participants into groups and tasked them with preparing a business plan presentation to present to a panel of local bankers. It was a great hands-on experience which will certainly be helpful once our team starts planning their own class business. Big thanks to Michelle Brooks for hosting a really great day again this year!
