This week, Mount Carmel CEO toured Proving Grounds Taxidermy in Albion with owner Jason Biggs. Jason started his business in 2006 after trying his hand at taxidermy as a challenge to himself and finding that his early work showed a lot of room for improvement. Nevertheless, he decided to quit his job and take it up professionally. There's way more to the story than that, but twenty years later, he hasn't looked back.
