Averi Goodman finished off our second week of CEO with a bang!
Averi is the Owner Operator of the Village Courtyard of West Salem and Assistant Vice President and CRA Officer of Citizens National Bank of Albion.
If you don’t know Averi, you absolutely should. She is a rockstar in all facets of life. She came in Friday to build our skills on Selling a Sponsorship and what that means in the business world from both the seller’s and buyer’s perspective.
She armed us with the 5 P’s of Marketing for Successful Sales and then asked the participants to “sell her a pencil.” This technique is a common interview question in almost all interviews for business sales positions and a great activity to learn how to meet a demand with a simple everyday product. The thought behind this question, if you can sell a pencil, you can sell anything.
This is what CEO is all about; giving our participants the skill set they need to be successful in the business world.
Thank you Averi Goodman for your love and your time in/for the Mount Carmel CEO Program. We sure feel it. We have big plans to team up with Averi again this year, stayed tuned to see when she’ll be working with us next!
Also, BIG Thank You to Citizen’s National Bank of Albion for being one of our generous investors and allowing your people to invest their time in our Mount Carmel CEO Program. We are so grateful!
